At Veluna Pet Co, we want you and your furry companion to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used pet products.
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping or provide a suitable replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
